Make something new from your pre-loved garments and fabric stash!

Aliss will demonstrate ideas for making use of your upcycled fabric, with the option of using simple pattern templates

You will design, cut out and create a useful item to take home
such as :

• needle case
  
• pin cushion
  
• lavender bag
  

You can use a sewing machine and/or hand stitching to complete your item

Skills required:
For beginners to intermediate
You'll need to be able to thread up a sewing machine and sew a straight line

You'll need to bring: 

• Clean,  old garments / scrap fabric / ribbon
  
• machine thread / embroidery thread
• your sewing toolkit including pins, needles, scissors

 Bring your own sewing machine or borrow one for £3 /  session  hire fee
