Booking and Payments Terms To reserve a space in the class, full payment is required in advance. Please make sure you can attend the session/s before booking. If you cannot attend one of the sessions, we will try our best to transfer you to another session.
Cancellations If you need to cancel a workshop / class, please tell us as soon as possible If you are unable to attend your booked class and it’s more than 7 days in advance of the start date, we can offer a transfer to the same class on an alternative date, providing there are places available for a workshop or course planned in the future.
Refunds are only offered in exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the tutor, in this case, a £5 admin fee will be deducted.
If cancellation is within 7 days of your class date, or you don’t turn up to one you have booked, I’m afraid we are unable to offer a refund. We do appreciate that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may mean that you can’t attend so we are happy for you to send along a friend to take your place. We will need their name and contact details prior to the class.
Disclaimer We try very hard not to disappoint people, but occasionally we may have to cancel a workshop due to tutor illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. We always aim to give you as much notice as possible. You will be offered another class date or a full refund if this is not possible.
Gift Vouchers Gift vouchers are non-refundable. We do appreciate that sometimes, unforeseen circumstances may mean they cannot be used within the given time - we will always try to accommodate your needs please let us know within a month of expiry date. We are also happy for a voucher to be transferred to a friend within the given date. Please let us know their details in advance.
