Class Booking - Terms & Conditions
Booking and Payments Terms
To reserve a space in the class, full payment is required in advance. Please make sure you can attend the session/s before booking.
Please be aware that a minimum number of participants are needed in order for a class to run. If this is not possible, we will offer an alternative date/time or a full refund.
If you cannot attend one of the sessions, we will try our best to transfer you to an alternative session within the current term. Unfortunately refunds for missed classes are not available.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a workshop / class, please tell us as soon as possible
All bookings are non-refundable. However, if you let us know that you are unable to attend a class you have booked at least two weeks before the event, we will open up your place. If we find another participant, you will be offered a credit note.
We are happy for you to send along a friend to take your place. We will need their name and contact details prior to the class.
Disclaimer
We try very hard not to disappoint people, but occasionally we may have to cancel a workshop due to tutor illness, or other unforeseen circumstances.
We always aim to give you as much notice as possible. You will be offered another class date or a full refund.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers last for 6 months and are non-refundable. We do appreciate that sometimes, unforeseen circumstances may mean they cannot be used within the given time - please let us know within a month of expiry date. We are also happy for a voucher to be transferred to a friend within the given date. Please let us know their details in advance.
